Getting Started

We begin with a free assessment in your home, where we discuss your needs with you and any involved family members. During this assessment, we will develop your personalized plan of care, a list of the services you want and when you want them. Remember, we work for you.

When services begin, supervisor will come to your home and personally introduce the caregivers. This ensures that the caregiver understands what is required and that they are not just a stranger at the door.

A supervisor will then contact you after each of the first three shifts. This is done to ensure your satisfaction with the caregiver and to make sure that they are welcome back in your home. From then on, a supervisor will maintain weekly contact with you and your family to ensure that you are satisfied with your caregiver and that your needs are being met. If not, we immediately begin correcting whatever the issue may be. We are available 24 hours a day.
